Here are sample documents to guide and enable your commission.  Most of these samples can be copied and used ‘as-is’,or can be easily modified to fit your city/town needs.  The models have been provided by the North Smithfield Conservation Commission and make reference to that community in many places. You can simply copy the documents and change the name as required.
